Antonio’s Man Who Matters
In the July issue of People Asia Magazine, Antonio ‘Tony Boy’ Escalante was included in the magazine’s annual list of Men Who Matter.
In the article entitled, Cooking Up A Storm, Izzy Warren Gonzalez describes the inspiration behind Antonio’s,
“Tony Boy, chef and owner of Antonio’s, arguably one of the Philippines’ best restaurants (and worst kept secret), savours the isolation that his restaurant affords him. “In this place,” he says, gesturing to the gorgeous surroundings, “you can’t help but create beautiful things.”
